good value much better than buying smaller packs and in resealable bag so all good - i toast them onto my chia pudding breakfasts and make fab snack bars with them too and sometime use as flour too as gluten free less carbs aand more protien plus i'm vegan so great staple for me - only hope u will deliver to emirates as due to move there !!!1
